“Pricey but good”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 29, 2013 via mobile

Found the place thanks to the good reviews on the site.
Menu is rich, although surprisingly only in Spanish...
Staff was nice, service was good and fast, and the food taste great.
One down side is the price, 2 simple margarita pizza, 2 fruit shakes and 1 coffee 17,000 colon!
Still recommend it to anyone in the area craving a pizza/pasta

“Fantastic food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 22, 2013

Coming from NY i was skeptical about eating at an Italian food restaurant in CR. My wife and i were very surprised and enjoyed the pizza and pasta dishs we had. Loved the fresh garlic spread for our bread. Would have gone multiple nights if we could!

“Good Food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

The food was delicious but a bit pricey for a pizza. The servers were friendly and very accommodating.

“Good pizza and pasta, high prices”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 8, 2013

The current exchange rate is about 480 colones to one USD. This is a nice looking restaurant on the main road so it is not very scenic as far as views go. It is easy to get to if you are staying in town. There were not many people there on a Friday night. Only two other tables were occupied when we arrived. Service was prompt and polite. Servers are bilingual. Menu was decent. Good variety of choices in pasta, pizza and salads. We had a salami pizza (5085), ravioli (6725) and other pasta dishes. I wanted something with chicken or meat for protein and I wanted it spicy. They offered a pasta with bacon which wasn't what I wanted but I ordered it to try it. That was 6725. It was a good dish basically the sauce is fresh and excellent but if putting bits of bacon was the reason why this dish cost more then a fettuccini pasta with ground beef (5620) then it wasn't worth the price differential. I would recommend the restaurant but The high food prices plus the 13 percent tax and the automatic ten percent service gratuity is taking a bit of getting used to. We may try a hole in the wall place next as the other restaurant we ate for lunch was similar in price. If you are used to olive garden or carabbas, you will find the size of the meal to be small. It was enough for us but we are not big eaters.
