Our friend referred us to the La Terraza B&B. They stayed there several times before moving to Grecia. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We extended from 5 to 10 nights after only one night there. The breakfast was wonderful, the rooms were very comfortable, and the property was peaceful and serene. it was beautiful to sit on the balcony and look out at the stream, flowers and beautifully landscaped property. Jeannetta and Charles were most helpful in accomodating us with scheduling tours, transportation, and information about Costa Rica. The houskeepers and cooks were very friendly and even did the laundry. they also cut up our fruit and veggies that we bought at the market. Carlos was the best tour guide and we felt comfortable and at ease with all of them.

My husband and I were traveling with his parents and we are all making plans to go back because there is so much we want to see.

i would definetly refer La Terraza to my friends.

We stayed at La Terraza for 2 days on the front end of our trip, and 2 days on the back end.
We are thinking of retiring in CR, so traveled the country with our future plans in mind. When we came back, at the end of our trip, we both sighed, feeling that we were back at home base.
Jeanetta and Charlie are perfect hosts and we look forward to staying with them again! The La Terraza is a beautiful B&B.

Our high hopes for a great stay at La Terazza in Grecia, Costa Rica were completely fulfilled. Proprietors Jeanetta and Charles Owens fed us like family, and set us up with excursions to Poas volcano, La Paz waterfall, and Doka coffee plantation that were superb. Charles even gave us some Jazz CDs for our evening dinner music.The grounds are like a nature preserve. Just the ticket for a vacation from Minnesota snow and cold.
