I went here with a group of friends for a destination wedding the first couple of nights coming into Costa Rica. Our initial reservation (for three rooms) was for the two bed, single room type. However, due to lack of space, my boyfriend and I were allowed to spend our whole stay in a villa for the same rate, even after extending our time there! The owners/managers were very friendly and helped us out with anything from good places to eat, how to use the bus system, to hiring a driver to take us a long distance away (La Paz waterfall and gardens) on short notice.

This place was awesome for getting acclimated to the country and it was very nice and relaxing. There was a pool by the courtyard, not heated, but definitely did not need to be. It was a nice, unpretentious place that was great for hanging out with friends. The friendliness definitely was a plus.

There is a pretty hotel near the airport with swiming pool.

The rooms are clean and the breakfast are good.

It's great to stay the first or last night on your travel because is near to the airport and the center of the city.

We stay only for the last night of our travel.

We have stayed here a few times because it is nice, clean, close to the airport, and an excellent value. As well as having great pizza which we (including our picky 2 year old) love. The last time we drove from Ojochal to fly out of SJO our car broke down 20km away. We were towed to the hotel and the staff (Randall, Jessica, etc.) dealt with a mechanic and had it fixed for us upon our return 6 days later! They were in constant contact with us while we were home in NY and it was such a relief to have it taken care. We are living in CR now and will be traveling back & forth alot, needless to say this is the place where we will always stay!

Great place to stay for first night and last night in Costa Rica. Only 5-10 minutes from the airport. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast sets you up for the day. Owners also very friendly. Has a lovely pool area where you can relax. Also has a living room space in case it's raining. Restaurant does very tasty pizza. Would recommend to anyone to stay there.
