“Great location and staff”

My wife and I stayed here one night this past December. Our flight arrived delayed from DFW and we already planned to stay here.

The hotel is a quick 5 minute shuttle ride from the airport and they have complimentary shuttle service every 15-20 minutes that runs 24 hours a day.

Immediately walking in you feel like you are staying at any other Hampton Inn around the US. Everything was very clean.

The staff is amazing! We had issues with National Rental Car. (Don't use them in Costa Rica!!). Everyone worked to get us another car, even the shuttle driver, since we were there in the high season.

The complimentary breakfast is the same average breakfast you get at any Hampton Inn.

Stay here for convenience if you arrive late or have an early morning flight. You won't be disappointed!

It´s great to know how much you and your wife liked our hotel and ejoyed staying in it. We do everything we can to make our guests feel comfortable and satisfied, that way, they will know for sure that we always keep our promises.

In fact, we do promise that our guests will never regret staying with us and will always want to return because we provide them with the highest quality of services and accommodations, we also have a great staff that caters to the guests´every need, making them feel extremely welcome in a very friendly environment.

My travel plans changed, so I had to change the date of my reservation by a few days. I gave 8 days notice, and they refused to change the date or refund my money!!! I had to pay $130 even though I didn't stay there! I will never stay at Hampton Inn again. There are many hotels that allow 24 hours notice to change or cancel a reservation. These people are con artists who intentionally rip you off with their "fine print" punitive reservation policies. Go elsewhere!!!

It is our duty to always make all our guests feel totally satisfied with everything we offer them, specially by providing them super comfortable accommodations and great services. We do everything we can to guarantee their complete satisfaction and we never even dream of misleading or deceiving potential customers.
We have two different type of hotel rates in our website, one is called Easy Cancellation which lets the client cancel even on the date of the reservation but it has to be done before 6:00 p.m. The other type of hotel rate is called Advance Purchase which you have to paid the room as soon as the reservation is made, and it does not allows any refunds or the cancellation of the reservation.
We are very sorry about your shortcoming and would really like to contact you privately so you can tell us what type of reservation you had so we can see if this was our mistake.
Once again, we are very sorry about what happened to you and we will be contacting you very soon.

Our experience at the Hampton in was wonderful! Very close proximity to the airport, there is a free shuttle directly to and from the hotel. The hotel is very clean. We were checked in quickly by and amazingly efficient staff, our room was very clean and the beds are fantastic. The complimentary breakfast was really nice a wide selection of breakfast items from cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurts, eggs, beans and rice, two other hot items that change daily, fresh fruit, juices, coffee and tea. You are very close to the airport yet cannot hear the planes in your room which made for a great nights sleep.

My wife and I had an early flight to LAX. The hotel is near the airport, quiet and the staff was very friendly. They have a 24 hour shuttle arrives to the hotel every 15 minutes. They have a complimentary breakfast but we left before that started, but they were able to pack a snack bag for us.

Nice property and close to the airport with free airport shuttle that left every 15 minutes. The room as very clean but had half a bar of WiFi. The Wifi was stronger near the elevator and in the lobby.

Room Tip: Room 400 had poor Wifi, maybe other rooms were better.

Stayed less than 24 hours arriving for an international flight. Airport shuttle runs often and the hotel is about 6 minutes from the airport. Located in the same plaza as the Holiday Inn Express. We were not there for anything but the night's stay, so I cannot comment on the pool/breakfast, etc...but the hotel is spotless, convenient, free internet, walking to casino and a couple of ok restaurants. Paid our country departure tax there (good for 60 days) to save time and the line at the airport when we were leaving a week later.

Eventhough your stay with us was very short, we are very happy that you liked our hotel so much and found its location so convenient. We strive to provide our guests with the best services and the highest quality of accommodations to assure them a good rest and a very satisfying stay. As you could see, our guests´ comfort and well being is very important for us, that is why we offer the country´s departure tax service, that way our guests can have a little more resting time before their long trip instead of having to make long lines at the airport.

A very convenient hotel with free shuttle to and from the San Jose airport (VERY near by). As Hilton diamond members who have stayed at many Hampton Inns, this hotel is at the top of our list for friendly and helpful customer service. The employees express genuine Costa Rican hospitality and are very helpful with all types of requests. They offer the convenience of pre-paying airport taxes which saves a lot of time at the airport. Very clean and comfortable hotel with good Wifi.
