Older hotel, room smelled musty even though it was clean. Located in convenient location to highway. Not much of a selection for breakfast, fruit looked old. Will choose another hotel the next time I'm in Tuscaloosa. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Marriott needs to upgrade hotel with security doors that are handicapped accessible.

Found the room to be clean and quiet. Older property, a little worn, but had great amenities.

Staff at Fairfield Tuscaloosa are like a second family to us, as we're into son's second year at Bama. The room was clean and spacious, the bed so comfortable. Great TV with timer so I can fall asleep to the TV, like I do at home. Wonderful variety of breakfast choices, healthy options for the visiting athletes and good Southern cooking for those of us who like a robust meal. Looking forward to more stays in the future. Willing to pay even high football rates because of the cleanliness of the hotel and top notch customer service.

I stayed here for one evening. The hotel was off the highway and had some walkable dining options near by.
The facilities were basic, could have been a bit sharper as Ive seen with newer FFI' hotels. My biggest gripe was that the beds were so soft I had a lot of trouble sleeping. It was both of the queens in my room that I tried, both were far too soft in my opinion.
