“Nothing special”

Hotel is totally renewed or even new,but although there was only a few guests(three vehicles in front of tht hotel,we got a small room in basement.Air condition does not work,coffeebags to make coffee were ruptured,breakfast room has only two little tables. Reception clerk was not very kind person,it looks like we are not welcome !
