When we arrived at the hotel we were met outside our limousine and a man said he would take us up to our room. The room he took us to was not the room we had booked and not up to our standards. We were tired after a 24 hour trip so we spent the night in the room and the next morning I went down to complain and was offered a limousine ride to the airport. I refused and was told the room we had booked was not available. I told them they should have notified us that the room wasn't going to be available so we could go elsewhere. I should note that the reservation was made over six months in advance on their website. We were eventually moved to a higher floor but still not the correct room and offered a 10% discount WHOOPEE! Needless to say we won't be staying there again this year. So the message is if they meet you at the car it is bad news since they want to deal with you in the privacy of a room and not at the front desk.
