I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service, decor, cleanliness, and attention to detail at the Andaz. For the price, it simply cannot be beat. The hotel itself is modern, thoughtfully designed and impeccably maintained. My room was huge and comfortable - I loved the wood floors, floor to ceiling windows, and the exceptional bathroom. Free drinks are available all day and night in the lobby, and the staff is eager to please. The surrounding area, while not the Bund, is filled with shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it.
