I went to Happy Vally on a Tuesday, 14/5-13, in hopes of no queues to enjoy the attractions without the extreme waiting. However, as we arrived around 11.30am, there were queues of about 80-120min on each rollercoaster as well as the more popular attractions. Two of the best attractions was closed and no warning or sign was outside to let us know before paying the 200RMB.
Overall, we did one ride and it was very good in fact. But waiting 2 hours for a 2 min ride is sick. It is a new park but they don't seem to be able to handle the queues at all. One train on each rollecoaster is like asking for long queues. But in fact, the park was almost empty and while walking around the park there was almost no people, pretty obvious since you needed to queue forever I guess.
It was far from well spent money, we even tried to ask for some refund for the broken attractions, but they just did not care so we left very disappointed.
I do not recommend anyone going there unless you just want to spend time in long queues.
