Would I stay there again? Yes..the rooms are really nice. Good size and I like the bathroom a lot. However, it could be a really good place to stay if a few little attentions to detail were made.
Language problems. My Mandarin is very bad and I am a foreigner there, nevertheless, in an international hotel where a continual flow of aircrews stay, I would have thought staff would have better English. I accept this might be a little harsh.
Attitude of the staff is very good. They really try.
Room : Good but I lost count of the times I asked someone to look at the heating. Turn on the heat and the fan blows out cold air. They - very kindly - let me have a heater for the room.
The electric sockets are poorly installed and if you are not careful, the whole thing can come out when taking your plug out.
Room Service : I had problems. Excessive waiting time and a totally wrong order. Quality of the food is very good however. The restaurant manager did appear on my doorstep to apologise for the previous days service.
I was there for ten days in total and over a weekend so I had a good chance to observe and experience most things.
I had some laundry done and had to be re-done. The collars and cuffs on my shirts came back stiff as boards. Either way too much starch or they cooked them. The button holes had closed up. They were fine the second time around.
The DVD player..ok I know its not something everyone uses but I had downtime and wanted to relax… in both my stays there I’ve had to call the engineer to find the leads, install leads correctly.
Location is not great - nowhere to walk to unless you want small local stores. The nearest mall is a ten min taxi ride.
