“Not for the faint hearted golfer.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2014

Played a long, tiresome 18 holes. It's a very challenging course to play, once the ball was in the rough it's hard to find. I thought I'd be ok with 3 balls for the round. After 9 holes had to hoof it back to the club house to buy another 5, overall I lost 6 balls. The course is awesome, great scenery, club house and restaurants are reasonable as opposed to The Pearl resort. would recommend this course to golfers.

“Pacific Harbour Golf Club Bar & Grill - Hidden Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 21, 2014

Not golfers but enjoy a good meal well prepared and served. We are regular visitors to Pac Harbour and only discovered this restaurant through local friends. Now our favourite. It is part of The Pearl complex and transport is available from the hotel if you are a guest. If not a taxi or rental car if staying elsewhere. Great setting overlooking the 18th hole and small swimming pool. Always a cooling breeze.

Food and service excellent. Prices and quality of food more than compares with other restaurants in the area. Menu not large but everything done to the highest standard. Try breakfast on Saturday and Sunday only -Scrambled eggs and salmon, Eggs Benedict, Big Bertha - 2 eggs, 2 sausages, bacon (this is how bacon used to taste), tomato, hash brown, thick toast split into 4 pieces $FJ16.00, 2 Poached eggs and toast $FJ8.50. A cup of Expresso coffee $FJ4.00 - what more do you need.

Lunch menu has a Club sandwich - Triple Decker, which could be divided between 2 persons - so big and filling served with French fries. For change try a bowl of Cajun cassava wedges at $5 per bowl. Sandwich is only $16.00. Ciabatta Chicken and Salad sandwich or Ham, cheese & tomato $10.00.

Lunch with Suva friends on a Saturday. Two had the sirloin steak - comment "the best had for a long time", one Fish & Chips - "good", one Lamb Curry - "bland not enough bite, but Lamb very tender" - I think "Chilli Aside" would have fixed that. Ciabatta sandwich for 1 - "Excellent".

Long review, but feel this hidden gem deserves it. The staff are very attentive, efficient, happy in their work, and knowledgeable. Keep up your good work and standards.

“good golf day”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 14, 2014

a very nice course and easy to get around, the course was empty the day I went and the club house and very good quality food for a reasonable price. Lost a few balls but that is my poor shots, but once the ball is in the rough it is very hard to find.
