“Comfortable end to a great holiday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

My Partner and I spent three nights at Sheraton Tokoriki at the end of our 2 week holiday.

Accommodation was excellent, beds were super comfy and amenities were clean.

If you're not a fan of Air Conditioning, request a room that faces the ocean, even if a row back. We were on the backside of the building facing away from the ocean and received no breeze in our room, so had no choice but to use the AC.

Food was very good, although the lunch and dinner menu was limited and both food and drinks were stupidly overpriced. Purchase a Star Privilege Pacific Membership before your holiday and food is discounted by 50% and drinks by 15%. We did not think we could justify purchasing this membership on a 3 night stay - but the $300 AUD for a 12 month membership definitely would have paid for itself.

Staff were very professional with the usual Fijian friendless and smile. Once again it is the fijian people that make your stay memorable. Fiona went out of her way to ensure we had great stay - her professional service, and friendly manner helped make our stay positive.

If you're after a 5 star resort style holiday - this place is for you. The pool is perfect with swim up bar and wet edge facing the ocean. Beach is ok, and the snorkeling in the reef out front is meant to be very good. Although windy conditions didn't allow for us to check it out.

We would love to see the resort provide the outdoor staff with straw hats as part of the uniform.

Room Tip: A room facing the ocean, even of a row back receive more of an ocean breeze than those on the back s...

i have been to many places in the pacific like in fiji i have been to the Shangri-La, vomo island, turtle island, hilton and the more also i have been to bora bora and i have stayed at the four seasons, hilton and the st regis resort and spa i have also been to the maldives but i wont explain that. this resort had awesome snorking very nice food (i would recommend the fish curry or the lamb cutlets) but i think that KIM NEEDS TO STAY AT THE SHERATON TOKORIKI (he is the best cook) great walks up the mountain with great views, the spa was great it wasnt the best but i still was great. the pool is great and has isnt to clorinitated and there are many activities like ping pong, free internet and snorkelling, paddle boarding, jet skiing, canoeing and sailing overall this is a great resort and i am so going back there

My wife and I did a short 4 night stay for our first wedding anniversary, it was our first visit to FIJI and one word Amazing!!!
So glad we decided to stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki Resort & Spa. First impressions coming in on heli transfer the Tokoriki Island is picturesque, we were greated from the lovely staff members and grabbed some photos for us when we landed which was awesome. We stayed in the beach front with plunge the rooms are really nice king bed air con and huge shower in bathroom. The pool has a swim up bar and beaches are beautiful. Be sure to see JOEY behind the bar if you want the best cocktails available on the island and Chetan an crew in the restaurant they are all super nice and made you feel so comfortable nothing is a problem and make enjoying the resort and restaurant a pleasure. Be sure to do the sunset walk Kini was our guide he was so friendly & full of local island knowledge he was a blast. The entire staff were so welcoming & helpful it really felt like nothing was a problem. The smiles and friendly service left a lasting impression and we can not wait to come back. If you visit the spa see Matilda she was fantastic. Make sure you join up to spg and purchase the star privilege card as you will get discounts for food and drink as well your welcome

I have just returned from an unforgettable to Sheraton Tokoriki!

It was by far the best hotel/holiday I have ever experienced. From the moment you walk in, there is a quality of service unsurpassed by any hotel I have ever stayed in.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful with all the amenities you could possibly ask for, but it was the people that made the stay memorable for myself and my fiance.

A special thank you to Fiona, Kim, Chetan, Taraisi and Paul, for catering to all of our needs and making our stay so pleasant.

I would absolutely recommend the Sheraton Tokoriki to anyone that wants a once in a lifetime holiday island destination!

You will not regret it!

Daniel Hamilton

My hubby & I went there for our honeymoon, we regret staying 6 nights it gets boring there is no shops or no where to go, we had to call more than once for towels, water etc each day that should be put in room daily. (Bottles a very small you get 2 all night/day) Staff a quick to greet but not helpful. The wall in our villa fell one piece fell on my shoulder I called 3 times no one attended.
You pay top money for low service.
Not to mention there is one restaurant only and very expensive plus 20% tax on top.
We got to swim 3/6 days in beach seaweed everywhere.
Honeymoon was horrible, my advise take food/ drink with you don't stay longer than 3 days. But there a more gorgeous places for less it was expensive thinking Yayyy we will get top service.

We stayed here after spending 5 nights in the Yasawa Island Group as we wanted to explore the Manamanuca group as well.
The rooms are outdated and old and there is limited soundproofing so much so we could hear the conversation of our neighbours perfectly (especially as it was about college stories and bad boyfriends) funny really but naturally we asked to change rooms and was told we could for an extra $250. When I said this wasn't really fair they called back and has found "another room and we're moving us". We can still hear our neighbours footsteps, phone and kids running about in the morning so I'm guessing all rooms are like this, no privacy and no soundproofing.
On the activities, only basic activities do not cost money and i mean basic (basket weaving demo) to hire a snorkel set its $30 for 30 mins, more expensive with the SUPs and Kayaks, we've come from a resort where all of this was free. Day trips to villages also cost $100 pp, again our last resort this was free.
Then onto the Flying Fish restaurant, entrees are AUD $25-$35 with mains up to $55 (steak). Given there are no options you have to pay the cost and the food isn't up to standard, I've eaten at the flying fish Sydney so if you are going to charge Sydney prices at least make sure it's good. Some people may justify paying these costs as "they are on holidays" but to gouge you for $ to move and eat when options are limited is such an outdated model, especially when we've come from another very high end resort where You are pay the same in accommodation charges they don't gouge you when you are here too!
Oh and it's taken a day to get wifi going as well and after being told it was free it is only for the first 24hrs.
I'll wait for the manager to write a PR infused reply here but there isn't anything you can do other then change your pricing model and respect your guests and not use us as cash cows. We are staying here now and I'm so motivated to write this so others don't book! Looks at other hotels as there are much better ones out there!!!!

We have just returned from Sheraton Resort, Tokoriki Island and we are so glad we decided to try this resort for our family holiday. The location of this resort, cleanliness of the rooms and the fantastic staff is what made this an unforgettable holiday. Chetan the restaurant manager looked after all of our families dining needs while Joey at the bar happily served us delightful cocktails.
The beds were comfortable and the snorkeling just off the beach is fantastic.
We will definitely be returning to this resort.

Room Tip: The Beachfront room has fantastic views
