Besides the hideous TOENAIL that I found once I pulled back the linen on 1 bed, and tons of hair in the bathroom & on the other bed, the hotel overall was nice and I would actually stay again. I immediately complained to the front desk where the attendant apologized. Security came up to the room and saw the crusty toenail (that did not belong to me...mine are purple and sparkly. My daughters are pink and sparkly, and my husbands are clean and naturally pinkish-white) and he suggested we switch rooms even though it was around 1 a.m. when we made this grisly discovery. Just prior to pulling back the sheets on both beds, I'd spent a few minutes in the bathroom picking up long, straight, brown hairs (with bath tissue) that were on the floor and in the tub, and along the sink. I'd decided it was too early in the morning to make a fuss so I dealt with it. But the TOENAIL was the cake topper. The hotel boasts about their beds being changed after every guest (there were actual nicely printed signage in the elevators saying "SLEEP NAKED" in our beds, or something of the sorts). Oh well, it was awful but the room we were moved to made up for the horrible, non forgettable experience. We moved to a King Suite but it had hair in the bathroom as well! There was a glob of hair plastered to the blow dryer and I just overlooked it. We just wanted sleep. The GM promised to authorize a refund (we booked through Hotel.com) so, we will see if it actually happens. The hotel is really nice and I would stay here again and pray this was just an isolated incident and that no one has to experience finding someones nasty toenail under the sheets!!!!!!! The location is perfect - close to the mall and eateries and right off I-20.
Check the beds first in any room you stay in.
