Maybe the fried shrimp po-boy was just a little lacking, but I was not impressed with the food in the least. The rest of my party, however, really enjoyed their's especially the hamburgers and chicken salad. I loved the atmosphere! It is really beautiful and even allows the children to feed the fish while you wait to be seated.

My family and I tried this restaurant on the waterfront in Orange Beach, Alabama last night and it was great. There was live music, good food, and fast service. The waterfront was very relaxing and casual, just the way I like it for vacation. Try the black beans and fish. Very good. Great desserts too. I highly recommend the mango darquiri.

We wanted to try some new places on our trip to Orange Beach and we happened upon Calypso Joe's Caribbean Grille. It was great! It was off the main drag of Orange Beach on a marina. There was outdoor seating that faced the water and the big boats. I had the Media Noche which is smoked, chopped pork grilled on a special bread with ham, etc. My husband had the Orange Beach BBQ sandwhich. Both came w/ cole slaw and french fries. They also have seafood dinners and chicken type dinners. You got plenty for your money here and the Caribbean twist to the food was great. There is also an indoor area to eat as well as a covered porch. We will definitely eat here again.

i have had the opportunity of dining at this fine restaurant with the water front dining experience, crab races for the kids the good customer service, great food and live music on weekend. This is definitely a place where i wouldtake my family the next time i am in alabama. Folks they are the kings when it comes to fish in tin and their key lime pie. its a good place to 'jam' as they would say in jamaica! i cant wait till my next visit!
