Have stayed twice. Relatively new. Condo's are in excellent condition, fully furnished. This is a top of the line facility, beautifully decorated, great location. Well maintained. Costs more but is well worth it. Security gate. Walking distance to supermarkets and shops. You are on the beach itself. Large terrace, Overall outstanding.

SeaChase is definately the place to stay in the Gulf Shores/Orange beach area. The condos are as big as many peoples entire houses ands are in very new condition. The master suite with tiled shower, jacuzzi and walk-in closet was great. The complex has tennis courts, gym, indoor pool w/jacuzzi, outdoor pools, jacuzzis and is beachfront. The biggest negative is that the outdoor pools are not heated. Most hotels/condos in the area do not have heated pools which we have always found very strange. The location is right across from Publix and Winn Dixie which is quite convenient. These condos are for you if you prefer a more upscale vacation experience. Linda Krueger
