“Pheonix East 405 -Nice !”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 18, 2014

My wife and I have stayed in this unit twice. It's always spotlessly clean and bright. The condo is right on the beach with great views from the tiled balcony. This unit has a fun beachy feel. It was recently updated by the owners with new carpeting, new furniture, granite counter tops, new bath fixtures, a temper-pedic mattress and a 60 in flat screen tv. The condo complex has an indoor and outdoor pool, tennis and racquetball courts. The grounds and common areas are well maintained. The complex was built in 1996 but this updated unit looks almost brand new.
In short, great place, great time -- and yes it's every bit as nice as the pictures.

Room Tip: Great views from 2nd floor up. Rooms on lower floors make you feel like you are almost sitting on th...

This unit was tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fabulous. The pull out sofa was even comfortable for adults. We had a great girls week when we stayed here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely rent this unit again!

Room Tip: Just far enough from the pool that the noise did not bother us. But close enough so we could still s...

Stayed last week in October. Total price for one bedroom $121 night. Two bedroom $176. Both plenty roomy with full kitchens. Great location, all room have balconies with fabulous views of the Gulf and Perdido inlet. Dolphins come in close to shore and are easily visible. Indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts. The grounds and common areas are very well maintained. Complex was built in 1996 and the rooms are starting to show their age. Furnishings are fine, appliances are dated. Bathroom shower head height designed for Hobbits.

You will not be disappointed! We have stayed with Brett-Robinson many times, and have never been disappointed. This condo unit is absolutely beautiful! We loved the mirrored wall in the living room which gave such a spacious feel. The furnishings are beautiful and beachy, yet warm and cozy. The view of the beachfront and the Perdido Pass is incredible! You'll enjoy such an amazing sunrise from the balcony. There is easy access to all rooms with the indoor elevators and easy access to the beach. The staff is onsite 24 hours a day to assist you, and you have all the comforts of home. Phoenix East is convenient to everything. There are grocery stores, pharmacy and restaurants right across the street with fun attractions all around.
We will be back very soon!

Room Tip: You have a wonderful view of the beach and Perdido Pass from any unit!

We rented unit number PE-704 at the Phoenix East through Brett Robinson. Brett Robinson did a great job handling the reservation and the staff at Phoenix East were friendly, helpful and courteous. Unit 704 was and spacious with everything in working order. Unit 704 could use some updating to furniture and decorations. We enjoy staying at condos that overlook Perdido Pass and have used Brett Robinson several times.

We stayed in Phoenix East in late July and early August. We had plenty of room. The elevators and air conditioning worked well. There was a lot to do at the resort. It was very convenient to all the restaurants. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfy. Hopefully we will be able to rent there again on our beach vacation next year.

We rented condo #1507 from Brett/Robinson for a 4 day stay in early August. In a nutshell, it was wonderful.

The condo was large and very clean when we arrived. There were two double beds and a king. The beds very comfortable, too. Each of the bedrooms had a large TV.

The view off of the large balcony was excellent, too. We loved sitting outside and watching the boats slide by and the occasional pod of dolphins

Brett/Robinson couldn't have been better, too. The front desk staff is polite and helpful, too. We didn't need any maintenance staff member, but we saw several staff in the building, so I'm sure they would have been right there if needed.

The pool was large and well kept. Our boys loved coming back to the pool after spending a day at the beach. While there were lots of people in and around the pool, it wasn't a constant party. Most of the people there seemed to be families with smaller children. Perfect for us.

The best review we can give this property is that we are coming back next year and plan to stay in the same place. We've found one that we like and suits our family of four, so we are sticking with it!
