“Go somewhere else for better wings and better service”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed April 15, 2012

The management of this place has no clue. This visit was actually my second. The first trip was aftet the Auburn Alabama game in November 2011. For those that don't know, this is probably the biggest game in college football where upwards of 120,000 people descend on the area. When we tried to go here the first time the hostess said that they weren't expecting many people on that Saturday evening and even though there were empty tables, they didn't have enough wait staff. This time we actually DID get in but after standing for about 10 minutes looking at several empty tables. We watched the same thing happen to another party behind us. After another 10 minutes we finally got waited on. My beer order was wrong but I let it slide. Our appetizer came with no plates for our group of 4 to eat them on. When our wings came they brought the customary blueu cheese dressing but no celery. I guess we were supposed to dip our fingers in it. Oh, the waiter used the same tired excuse of "we weren't expecting many people" on this particular Sat night. Hello? it was the spring football game and although not as big as a normal fall crowd, I would think that the manager would have a little common sense and expect more people from out of town since all the adjacent hotels were FULL. Additionally the music was so loud that one couple who came in turned around and left because their small child put his hands over his ears and looked scared. Don't waste your time. They don't want your patronage and must hope that poor souls from the interstate will just eat here because they just don't know better.

“Worst Service Ever”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

We went for late night fun and drinks. The drinks were by far the only good thing about this resturant. My date wanted Hennessey which they do not serve and they only offered E& J. He was only able to order one cup before they ran out & he was made to get something else. Their selection of brown alcohol is by far horrible. The waitress was not attentive and was too busy cleaning up and getting ready to leave then to get our order in a timely manner. We ordered the sampler which included onion rings, nachoes that were stuck together & had no meat (horrible), hot wings that were hard & not edible, and chesse sticks. The food was all together horrible and service was horrible as well.......worst place to go for food or good service

“Great time.. Good food and Service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2012

Met up with a friend who I have not seen in 20+ years. We got there when it opened on a Tuesday. We ordered the Jalapeno Poppers. They were excellent. We both ordered a Cheeseburger and fries. They were excellent. We stayed a good while. They never got busy and we never felt like the waitress (Amanda) was rushing us. I would have given our visit 5 stars, but the desserts were just okay. My keyline was more frozen than not. Overall a great time. The food was good and the service was great. I would not hesitate to eat at this location again.
