The management of this place has no clue. This visit was actually my second. The first trip was aftet the Auburn Alabama game in November 2011. For those that don't know, this is probably the biggest game in college football where upwards of 120,000 people descend on the area. When we tried to go here the first time the hostess said that they weren't expecting many people on that Saturday evening and even though there were empty tables, they didn't have enough wait staff. This time we actually DID get in but after standing for about 10 minutes looking at several empty tables. We watched the same thing happen to another party behind us. After another 10 minutes we finally got waited on. My beer order was wrong but I let it slide. Our appetizer came with no plates for our group of 4 to eat them on. When our wings came they brought the customary blueu cheese dressing but no celery. I guess we were supposed to dip our fingers in it. Oh, the waiter used the same tired excuse of "we weren't expecting many people" on this particular Sat night. Hello? it was the spring football game and although not as big as a normal fall crowd, I would think that the manager would have a little common sense and expect more people from out of town since all the adjacent hotels were FULL. Additionally the music was so loud that one couple who came in turned around and left because their small child put his hands over his ears and looked scared. Don't waste your time. They don't want your patronage and must hope that poor souls from the interstate will just eat here because they just don't know better.
