I was truly impressed by the interior design. The room and lobby was very contemporary and nicely decorated. I only stayed a night but have impressed the experience on my brain and will surely return if I'm ever in the area again. I will refer someone to the hotel if they ask because I had a great experience. The room was clean and had new plastic cups for drinking :-) The continental breakfast was good and the area in which it was served could accomodate many types of functions. The staff were all pleasant. I received a timely wake up call which was prearranged. I was glad there was an iron and ironing board already in my room.

My husband and I recently stayed at this hotel. Our overall experience was average. The staff was pleasant at check-in and check-out, but the room was freezing cold when we first opened the door, and it took us some time to locate the light switches in the pitch dark room!

We shivered until the room warmed up a bit and then spent most of the rest of the evening listening to talking noise and footsteps just outside our door. There is little sound-proofing at this hotel, so if you're looking for something quiet -- a get-away -- then look elsewhere.

The restaurant was not open (under renovation) and we were both disappointed to discover that there was no breakfast served the next morning, not even a cup of coffee or drink of water. I ate my breakfast from the vending machine.

Parking is average, the location is excellent, if you need to be downtown. Overall -- the experience was just that -- average. Linens were clean, but not plush. Furniture was plain, but not broken. Overall look of the hotel is nice. It was recently renovated.

I would recommend it for a family reunion or a sports team. If you're a business traveler with a little higher budget, there are other hotels within a few blocks that are a lot nicer.

While attending ASU. Madison was the dorm for some attending college students. The lobby is beautiful. They have a waterfall and beautiful chanderliers. It was a great experience and a memorable one. The staff is also at the top of their game. They are nice and very polite. They have a bar that is not open yet. It is a peaceful and nice place. They also have a place where the students can study.

Truly awful experience. Property is in complete disarray. I believe it would be dangerous to bring children there. Some semblance of a renovation is occuring, but unbelievably dirty. Lobby is scary with chandeliers laying on top of tables. There was an old Q-tip laying in the floor of the elevator. What's up with that. Surly staff. Room stank of old smoke. No hot water after letting faucet run for 20 minutes. Pool is closed, supposedly after Health Department inspection. I don't know how code enforcement allows it to stay open.
