Truly awful experience. Property is in complete disarray. I believe it would be dangerous to bring children there. Some semblance of a renovation is occuring, but unbelievably dirty. Lobby is scary with chandeliers laying on top of tables. There was an old Q-tip laying in the floor of the elevator. What's up with that. Surly staff. Room stank of old smoke. No hot water after letting faucet run for 20 minutes. Pool is closed, supposedly after Health Department inspection. I don't know how code enforcement allows it to stay open.

This is the worst excuse for a hotel I have every seen. Management are a bunch of amateurss. Staff not trained, Excuse for a continetal breakfast is a joke. Employees eating and SMOKING with each at the "restaurant" Bugs in rooms. No hot water. No one cares.

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4.30pm. Checkin indifferent to this. Disgusting ashtrays by the elivators looked like cat litter trays. Toilet was filthy (looked like it had not been cleaned properly for a month). Kept awake by party in next room until 3.30am despite asking them to keep quiet. On checkout person on the desk carried on talking to colleague throughout. Truly terrible. If you don't want to leave tired and p****d off, give this one a wide, wide berth!

When I first got there, they couldn't find my reservation. Then, my room had not been cleaned. The wallpaper was coming off. People were smoking everywhere, including the elevator. The noise at night kept us up until 1:30 am. There was a Narcotics Anonymous workshop going on and they were noisy and they let their kids run wild all night. I complained to the front desk but nothing happened. The second night, the kids were not noisy, but the adults still were. I will never go back nor will I recommend it to anyone. There are cheaper and better accommodations in Prattville, or on the I-85 exits in Montgomery.
