Hotel is newer and rooms were clean with updated furniture and beds. However, front desk staff not overly friendly or helpful with needed extra linens and bedding. Lobby and other common areas not kept up. This is a newer hotel that, unless management steps up attentiveness to general maintenance, cleanliness and overall appearance, will quickly fall into a state of disrepair.

Broken toilet ran incessantly in room of friends with whom we were traveling, When they complained, front office desk rudely told them there was nothing they could do. Fellow travelers were not offered an alternative room, or discount off their bill--but clearly the rudeness was most disconcerting.

Location of hotel is in an area of town that is rather dicey. Stop in a gas station close to hotel was, well, down right scary.

Newer hotel, poorly managed and not being well kept up.

The hotel lobby was beautiful! We came to montgomery as a small getaway from the chaos on the coast!! The hotel staff was very helpful the room was very large. We booked the king sized jacuzzi suite everything looked new and was very clean. I used the gym all the equipment was new and they had everything for a good work out. The hi speed internet was a nice bounus. overall we will always stay at this hotel when we vist montgomery. It was exactly the break we were looking for!

The hotel was nice and claen. They only problem that I had was that they say they have Free High Speed internet, well they do however they do not mention that it is limited to one computer located in the lobby. There is no internet access from your hotel room. Overall stay was nice.

I would never stay here again. We were in town to pick up a bridesmaids dress and decicded to stay at Holday Inn because we thought we could trust the name. The housekeeping came and knock on our room despite the fact that we had the "do not distrub" sign on the door. The next morning my friend and I woke up with bed bites. I had them on my stomache and my friend had them on her face. I will never stay here again.
