My husband and I recently spent a wonderful two days at the Kate Shepard House in Mobile. The property was FABULOUS. The house is wonderful and in great shape. The rooms are spacious, the food delicious and the proprietors very welcoming...Koa was especially charming. Wendy provided us with great local history and made suggestions for sightseeing and dining. The praline French toast is well worth the calories! Don't be hesitant to stay at the Kate Shepard-it was very comfortable, welcoming and relaxing.
