Like most Ruth's Chris Steak Houses, you know that you're not going to be disappointed with their steak. But, the filet and lobster special was just about the best lobster I've ever tasted, including while in Maine. Perfectly prepared, not too rubbery, it was sweet and tender. The filet could be cut with a fork, and the service was impeccable. It was our anniversary, so they served us our choice of a dessert, which was cheesecake topped with fresh berries. There was enough to share for four of us. The only thing I would do differently is ask for one of the private rooms next time for a little quieter area.
