Stayed here for three, one week trips; had problems with room service, as in, failing to deliver all the food ordered, immature, gigling little girls working in the kitchen and a kitchen manager who never returned calls. I was told the room service charge would be adjusted but each day I checked and nothing was done. Finally, five dollars was deducted when half of the entree was left off. It was a battle up to the last day to get this problem resolved. This was definetly the biggest problem but it wasn't the only problem with the kitchen.
To top things off, after moving on to another hotel, I get billed for a no show stay at the Mobile Marriott. All my travel is booked with a company travel agent and there's no record of anyone making this reservation. I wasn't in Mobile for the week in question. After a few calls to AMX and to Mobile Marriott this too was resolved. Too much trouble for a run down hotel that charges premium prices.
