This was our second stay at a La Quinta. We needed a place to stay with out animals and the first night of our move from Maryland to Texas via NC was a very pleasant surprise. The Tillman's Corner location is a bit tricky to find - you can see it from the highway but we "lost" it once we exited, and the locals didn't seem to know where it was. However once we found it, it was very easy and close to many things. We were a bit frazzled from the hunt after a long day with the animals but the desk clerk was so pleasant and accommodating that we relaxed. She informed us that the hotel has been 100% non-smoking since the end of summer and she even switched our room for us without being asked when my husband explained his sensitivity to smoke. The only negative of our stay was someone used the toilet at some point and didn't flush or clean the seat. That upset my husband a bit but otherwise the rest of the stay was good. The bed was comfortable; there was ample space for the beagle bed and breakfast was very good. The walls can be a bit thin at times but there were no obnoxious guests so it was no worse than most of hotels we have visited. (I hope the girls basketball team won their game) Breakfast was very good. Sarah the attendant, was very pleasant and helpful; my husband enjoyed chatting with her as well eating as the food. On our stay there were grits, waffles, pastries, cereal, eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits and yogurt. My husband was thrilled. Checkout was smooth. Again a good experience for our second stay at a La Quinta. We will return if in the area and definitely use La Quinta again with or without our pets. Being pet friendly is wonderful and having guests with well mannered pets is also great.

Thank you for your comments. We are glad you picked the LaQuinta Inn & Suites as your place to stay in Mobile. On the one flaw, I have adressed that to make sure that never happens again. Without comments like this we fail to improve to the level of service you our guests expect. Look forward to seeing you again when your in Mobile.
