We visited this restaurant 2 days in a row.
On the first night we had plain Naan, Tandoori Chicken and puree spinach with yoghurt. The naan was perfectly fluffy. The Tandoori chicken was done to perfection. The meat was very tender and well marinated. Taken with a sqeeze if lime... it was just perfect. This was the first time we took the vegetable done in this puree form. It was served warm in a small metal container. we enjoyed it very much.
On the 2nd night we decided to try garlic naan, Chicken masala and lady finger with potatoes. The naan was a little burnt but still the texture was great. However the garlic taste did not come through that well. Chicken Masala was good but not that fantastic. The gravy was good and would be perfect if the meat was a little more tender. The lady fingers and potatoes dish was well done.
The place has 2 dining areas - indoor and outdoor. Almost all patrons were seated outdoor because the weather was cool and windy when we were there. By the way, they are opened only for dinner. Be warned - be early else you may need to queue for seats. We had our dinner at around 6.15pm. By the time we left around 7pm the place was getting crowded. When we drove by the place later at around 8.30pm... it was packed.
Overall the meal was value for money. If you are there for the first time try their Tandoori Chicken and Naan - not to be missed.
The staff were very polite and friendly which helped to make for a great dinning experience.
