It was crowded during the morning breakfast time when we first walk pass and decided to return around 11am to beat the lunch crowd. It seemed like this restaurant was a local "secret".
The boss take the time and effort to cook one bowl at a time to ensure consistency. The soup was tasty and ingredients included pork, pig intestine and small oysters.
We noticed that almost every table ordered a plate of egg omelet and out of curiosity we also ordered a plate. It was the Oysters Egg Omelet without corn starch, just eggs and small oysters. Both dishes were very delicious. Will come back again....;-)
