Modern and new facilities, I'm impressed. Nice room, clean beds and bathroom. Swimming pool is nice although there were some particles floating on the water (not sure what that is, maybe from the trees). The gym is not ready yet.
Very convenient location for those travel with car. I went there for food trip. It was near to Jonker street and all other popular locations I go. Convenience minus the noise. Might not be a very good choice if you're not travelling by car; it's not exactly walking distance to tourists' spots. Spacious parking lot. However I think the entrance is a little dangerous, sharp 90 degree left-turn with speeding car behind.
There's a low-rise apartment behind the hotel and a busy main road in front, definitely not a place you expect to enjoy scenery.
I could confirm that the door wasn't soundproof. I woke up by guests talking in front of my room at 7am. Fortunately I stayed in a corner room at end of the corridor with no other room immediately next to my wall so I didn't hear any voice from other rooms the entire night.
Breakfast is normal. Wide variety of Malaysian breakfast.
