Stayed for one night. It was very cheap (RM128 nett) and good value for money. Room reasonably sized and clean. Bathtub needs to be revamped but otherwise it was ok. Bed was comfortable. Window can be opened. Service was good. We asked for extra pillow and hair drier (not supplied in the room) and they were delivered within 5 minutes. Breakfast was nothing to shout about.

Location - pretty close to the tourist attractions but not really walking distance (not for me in the heat, anyway!). Lots of eateries closeby. Right opposite there is a huge foodcourt (but i didn't try so can't comment).

This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in in 10 years visiting Malaysia. The reception has seats, a blessing as the service was bad. The lift wasn't working while I was there so it was a walk up the stairs to the romm. The room itself was not as clean as most I have stayed in when in Malaysia.

The taps leaked and the toilet was not the most effective.

Most nights there were people in the coridor to keep you awake until the small hours.

The eating facilities were not the best nor was the food of the same quality I expected.

All in all a very disappointing hotel.....

The check-in area is bright and there are sofa around the lobby to rest yourself.

The room is a good size and comfortable. The toilet is a bit rundown. Mine did not have shower curtain. However, the appliances work perfectly well.

If you need hairdryer, you need to request from room service. The fridge is quite good and the view is amazing.

The morning buffet that comes with the room is quite limited in choices but it is still quite filling. Opposite the place is a 24 hrs convenience store and 2 bakeries are nearby, so you won't starve.

One major complaint is the lift which is very slow and small. Therefore, it tends to get jammed up during peak periods (esp checkout and check in times).

If the price is reasonable, this is an okay hotel to stay in. If you are just looking for a place to rest after sightseeing, this is not a bad choice.
