In planning our trip to Goa we looked at a wide range of accommodation options, including the Taj and the Leela. We decided on the Kingstork based largely on the TripAdvisor reviews and we were not disappointed. Kingstork is immaculately clean and very quiet located in an area that has a nice selection of restaurants and shops but is not too busy or noisy. The triple room we shared with our 11 year old was modern, quiet, clean and bright. The beach is right around the corner, about a 2 minute walk. The pool is small but great, as is the restaurant, and the food is very good. Service is friendly and attentive. I exchanged several emails with Stanley as our trip came together and found him to be extremely responsive and professional. He and his wife are as lovely as their hotel. We look forward to returning and to bringing our friends to the Kingstork.

Great Hospitality .and the owners take personal interest in the running of the hotel. Came back late one day took the cab. Had left our keys in titos. Staff gave the xtra set of keys. 2 am No problem. Great value for money.

The place is really good. Clean rooms, friendly staff and great food. The prawn Marsala we had were one of the best we had in Goa. The resort is conveniently located near Calangute beach

We generally swear by Tripadvisor when it comes to planning a vacation. Our screening of Goa hotels threw up Kingstork Beach Resort as one of the top-rated holiday destinations of 2012. Without a doubt, we went ahead and booked it for our 5 nights' stay in Goa. Quite expectedly, tripadvisor did not disappoint us. We simply loved our stay at Kingstork. Going by visitors' reviews we opted for a ground floor room which opens upto the pool at the back. I could simply open my balcony door and step into the pool! Stanley & Ruyena are amazing hosts and it is their personal attention to details that makes Kingstork a joy to stay in. Here cleanliness is the mantra, and simplicity is the catchword. The ambience is relaxing, specially at the restaurant in the evening. The food is good. The menu may not be very flattering, but the food is wholesome, and the warmth of Chef Raymond more than makes up for it. The decor is simple yet elegant and the greenery soothes one's eyes, as well as the nerves. The location of the hotel is just perfect - a 3-4 minutes' walk from the beach with some nice little restaurants lining up the street. I would recommend Kingstork to all travellers who are looking for a relaxing vacation in Goa.
One more thing for which Kingstork won my heart - my husband's birthday happened to fall during this time, and we requested Stanley if he could arrange for a B'day cake. He promised us one, and himself went out early in the morning and brought us a fresh chocolate cake back. That gesture of his was highly commendable.
