We ( Myself , my wife and two kids) visited this hotel in the month October-2008 .

First let me talk about the good part:
The resort is a nice place to stay. Food as served in the restaurant is good , breakfast is simply amazing. Beach is just stone throw distance away from the hotel (indeed a beach hugging resort) .Pool / pool side bar are pretty good. Deluxe rooms are pretty cozy. The live music on Friday eve was cool.

Then the Bad part:
The placement of the rooms is bad , none of the rooms are sea facing or if there are any they are always booked . I had a eye catching view of car parking from my room balcony.

And now is the time to talk about the worst experience:
I had extremely bad experience in terms of check-in ,it took hotel staff 1/2 hour to check us in which is simply unacceptable. The experience at check out was even worst , there were several mistakes in the billing ,thank god I noticed them , other wise they I would have landed up in paying at least Rs.6,000/- extra .Time required to complete the check out formalities at this place is at least 1 hour and can extend even upto couple of hours .So if you have to catch a train or flight , you should start the check out procedure at least 2 hours prior to your anticipated departure time . 1 hour for hotel guys to prepare the bill ( I dont know why they take so much of time to complete such a mundane task) with lot of mistakes and extra charges ,15 minutes for you to cross check the bill ( strongly recommended) , 15 minutes for settlement of issues in the billing ( fight with hotel staff for extra charges) and 30 minutes for effectuating the payment ( by credit card cash may take less time).

We booked into this hotel for 1 week through travel agent in Vancouver,Canada but were let down by the so called 3 star rating.This is not a three star hotel.
We were shown to our room but found it not clean and the location of the room was terrible.Front desk staff were sympathetic but could not do anything for us and there was no other rooms available.We decided to stay a night and check it out further the next day.The beach area loungers were filthy and disgusting.After further talks with front desk staff,we checked out of hotel.I do not recommend this hotel.

We (my husband and I ) and our two kids wanted a vacation where we could just enjoy the nature and be ourselves.The destination choice was obvious ...GOA it had to be !And for beach lovers like us we wanted something right on the beach .Moreover the more happening part of Goa is the North Goa and the only hotel which fitted our bill was Goan Heritage !

The website promised that it would be right on the beach and so it was !!
Check in was comfortable but the delux room was a little smaller than expected.In fact we crosschecked to see if they had given us a standard room !
Apart from the room size everything else was great !Food and live entertainment lived upto our expectations.
My daughter Ishanika even coined a new word BEACHUBURRY for all beach activities that we did there like parasailing, water scooter ride and banana boat ride.For someone wanting to make most of the beach this is the best place to stay

We visited Hotel goan heritage during Diwali vacation this year (28th Oct to 31st Oct) with 4 days/ 3 nights MAP package. Planning & preparation for this trip started a month earlier. My specifications were very clear that i want a hotel, which is located on beach. This hotel perfectly fitted the bill.

Once you arrive here, take a first look at property n feel very pleasant. Personally I don’t like hotel with big tall buildings with little open space, cottages are more welcome for me. This hotel has 2 buildings, both wings have only 2 floors. Between these wings is spaced swimming pool with sparkling blue water & attending guards & through out the day always one can see people enjoying there. Bar & restaurants are on poolside. lush green lawns are maintained on large open space. and the best part i.e. u open the rear gate walk directly on the quiet stretch of the most popular & happening beach Calangute beach. The clean beach where u can enjoy without getting disturbed by loads of tourists pouring on calangute. any time of day u can just take ur towel & walk to the beach. Take a dip or relax on sun bench. A security guard is always there at rear gate, which closes after 8 in the night.

Every evening u can listen to live band playing there poolside which hotel converts into open restaurant. during our stay, hotel management had arranged festival of lights for Diwali. A very lively event with enthusiastic participation from all members & guests. Good food , dance & music. It happened to be anniversary of hotel owner, that made occasion all the more special.
Spa treatment is also good. staff was courteous & helpful.
2 days half day sightseeing was also good in small bus.
Rooms are spacious and clean. Tea/coffee makers in room, tea lovers like us will like that. our rooms were pool facing and bright.
during our stay , mostly families were with there with kids which makes this hotel lively with kids running around and playing games. one Russian group was also there, which was in its own world.
Front desk or reception people could be more accommodating. We have told about our arrival personally & through agent, but pick up was not arranged. Despite calling from madgaon about timing of our reaching there, they did not send a vehicle.
On all other parameters i liked the experience as it was relaxing, refreshing, pleasant & have already recommended this hotel to friends. Would like to go back once again
