Chef Souymen is a professional in every sense of the word, He has taught all his staff how he was trained, Top class waiters, dressed immaculately, tables dressed like a five star hotel would do and then there is the food, Amazing, On our first visit this year between us we had 1 x Prawn Cocktail, 1 x Fresh Tomato Soup, 2 x Seared Tuna Steaks on a bed of Onion,Peppers and Celery with an Orange Infused Olive Oil. Then for Dessert we had 2 x Chocolate Mousse infused with Cointreau. Washed down with 2 sml Kingfishers and 2 Glasses of White Wine. Bill came to 2130RS ( approx £ 21.30 ) On our 2nd and last time this season we had the same Starters and Mains and my Fiance had the Chocolate mousse again, the mousse is lush! but I fancied a change and opted for the Caramel Brulee washed down with 1 x Tuborg and 1 x Glass of White Wine, Bill came to just over 2000RS ( approx £ 20.00 )Five star food in Five star environment with Five star service and a Five Star Chef, It was very easy to be seated at the time of the year we were there, but if you went in the main charter season, I can imagine you would definately need to pre-book, but this place is one to put on your places to eat in Goa list. Perfect. Thank you Chef Souymen and your Staff, we look forward to seeing you next year.
