It was a very good hotel. The room was clean and very friendly people. Evenso the beach was nearby and also some fancy restaurants. It was on a Nice quite road and had a clean small swimmingpool. Sometimes it was a littlebit noisy by other guests.

The room was in bad condition , beds were saggy (worst bed condition every encountered, even remote location hotel offer better condition ).
The phone was not working , i informed them immediately as i checked in. But it was not fixed even when i checked out , every time we need to order food ,we need to go to reception or to restaurant.

The hotel is refurbished and is now called Sinq Beach Resort - the hotel is nothing like anything in the photos posted - we were told that furnishings are still being put in after the renovation. In any case, we had an extremely pleasant stay there. Its only a 5 min walk to the Calagute beach - the quieter part of the beach, where you could spend days relaxing on the reclining chairs owned all along the beach by several operators - or go for some water sports there or just chill on the beach and take a swim. On the other side, a few minutes walk takes you to shops and myriad restaurants. The location is therefore excellent. Internally too, no complaints really - friendly service by Latesh and Nitin at the reception, good (not opulent) rooms, and great breakfast, The restaurant is good too, though service a bit slow, All in all, I would definitely stay there again if I went to Goa - a little overpriced in my opinion, but highly recommended!

Room Tip: Wouldn't know really!

We visited there in Dec, 2012. It was good experience overall. We booked three big rooms as we were a big group. We reached before checkin time but we were greeted very well by the staff. We got into rooms an hour before our checkin time. The service and behavior of staff was very polite. Although we were all boys and we were making lot of noise and dirtying the rooms and the pool, but the staff never misbehaved. The rooms were very nice, fresh and clean. The location is also good as beach and market area is nearby. We enjoyed a lot in the pool. The breakfast was also nice. Room service was prompt and prices were reasonable. Overall we had a nice stay.

Room Tip: Ask for front facing room that is the best one!

It took us a while to search for the hotel as the autowallah had not heard the name. But then we finally reached the hotel because of the Don Bosco landmark. We were welcomed with a fruit drink and taken to our room. The room and bathroom were very clean, with fresh sheets, spacious and overall cozy. We stayed for 4 days 3 nights.

We were super hungry due to the travel and ordered spaghetti in cheese sauce and veg biryani as we were not sure about the quantity for 3 people. And trust me when i say this, its the best cheese sauce i've ever eaten in my life. I still dig for it. It was heavenly. The quantity of both was so much that we saved it for dinner and filled us with it all over again licking the plates, literally. I would recommend it to people who are not staying at the hotel.

There's a small pool outside the hotel and you can enjoy the breakfast overlooking it. The breakfast is ok, not much option.

They arranged for 2 wheelers and car drop ofcourse at extra cost. We did not try the spa but im sure it must be good.

A complete thumbs up to this place!
