The resort is an economy property ( not more than 3 star). The approach ( that too dug up roads) was quite depressing. The rooms were OK. The spread in the breakfast & buffet dinner were quite reasonable ( but not awesome). The passage to the beach was through the village & nothing very exciting. The cottages were well laid out around the pool.
We were four in two rooms & stayed between 8th & 11June'14.

Room Tip: Try chose pool facing rooms

We were here for 3 nights ..
Loved the location , resort itself and the room !
The worst part was we were given the rooms which was way behind and had no view (over mail they confirmed pool view)
Breakfast was very good !
We opted for a candle light dinner by the pool ! Everything was gng well, until :
Mid way through our dinner one of the staff asked us if we could move cuz some one else wanted to sit in our place ! Can you imagine this ???
One of the nights , there was a music in the garden . It was pretty good too.
Room service was good !
We were out mostly as we loved the location !
I would have given 4 stars except for the fact that they interrupted our dinner !!!!

We were here in the 1st Week of June, 2014 accomodated in the Super Deluxe Room.
Rooms are suprisingly spacious with bath tub and jacuzzi. Cleanliness is at its peak. The backend of Calangute Beach is at a 5mins back while the main entrance of the beach is a matter of 1.5km by vehicle.

The staff is very polite and caring. Only problem we faced was about the Air-Conditioning as the AC in our room was not in a proper condition. The compressor was in a bad condition and even the polite housekeeping guy was helpless about it. Would request the management to replace the ACs with new ones.

But as the day progressed, the AC started working decently and we did not create any issue.
The only matter of concern is the approach road as it becomes scary in the dark and lonely.

Food is tasty, swimming pool is huge and nicely maintained. Prompt room service. What else could we ask for?
Overall, enjoyed our 2 Nights Stay with lots of memories back home..Kudos !!

Room Tip: Both ground and first floor Super Deluxe Rooms face the pool.

Hi friends..

I stayed at this hotel from 3rd to 7th June 2014. Over all the hotel is good. A fantastic property very close to beach ( hardly a minute walk to the beach and this stretch of beach is silent and very beautiful). The manager of this hotel Mr. Vivek was very helpful and friendly. He made our stay at this property well worth...
Not to forget the room service staff as they were also very helpful and prompt with their services..

The food specially chinese is worth a try at this property and breakfast serves your purpise right..

But there were few things which you all should keep in mind becore making a choice :-

Though the over all property is awesome but the swimming pool staff is very rude and will create issues unnecessarily just to ensure you rent a swimwear from them for 600 bucks which as per me is too much..

The food served at the buffet in dinner was awful. Imagine aloo- gobhi half cooked..
Kadahi paneer to be sweet... the only thing we liked in it was veg 65.. To make things better we ordered a chicken biryani and again to our astonishment the biryani was bland with no salt.. It equally came as a shocker to us..

I would suggest that the property is worth a visit as in goa you require a property close to a beach.. with a pool to relax in afternoon heat... rooms neat, clean and comfortable..

Also, I am sure Mr. Vivek and his team will ensure you have a pleasent stay..

PS. :- Mr. Dev and Mr. Vivek please look into the unnecessary rules you have in place in your hotel. Its a big off setter in your hotel..

I would recommend everyone travelling to goa to stay at Terra, although not a very great property but the hospitality of this resort is amazingly great.Stayed 4 days and 3 nights, Enjoyed the stay, food & location..just 2 mins walk from Calangute beach. The dishes served in the restaurant were very good.. Very Nice Staff ... Especially RODOLPH. But there a network problem in the hotel , you cant receive or make calls sometimes its very annoying.

We got fooled by the lovely reviews and booked this hotel for our honeymoon in December. It looks great in pictures, but the hotel is pretty bad.

The rooms are in very poor condition, and the non-pool facing rooms are tiny, The room we were given had a curtain missing, we called the maintenance guy and he put on some mismatched one. Furniture is old, dilapidated, and scratched. Our room was in a pathetic condition, even though we had mentioned that we were on honeymoon and wanted a nice one. We asked for a room change, they had only one spare room to give, but that was even worse because it was next to the noisy road and had stains on walls, seepage etc. The non-pool facing rooms have no space on either side of the bed. Buffet breakfast is ordinary, not great and not bad.

It's close to the beach, that's a plus, but you have to navigate small lanes to get there. The exterior of the hotel is ok-looking, but the rooms are really disappointing.

I wouldn't stay here again at all, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Go for known hotel chains, that's my opinion. You might have to pay a bit more, but you won't be disappointed. Please don't stay here if you're looking for anything that's even close to average. The pictures of this hotel are misleading. We did so much research and were so disappointed when we finally saw this place, because bad accommodation is a total deal breaker for us. I'd rather not travel at all, than stay at a dump like this one.

If you must book this place, please book a pool facing room. The non-pool facing ones are dingy and cramped to say the very least. Staying here ruined half of our honeymoon.
