I've stayed at the Radisson (numerous times) and absolutely loved it. I've stayed twice in the last month (and many times in the past) and have always thought that this was the nicest property in town. Very clean with brand new beds, chairs, sofas, furnishings, Duvets, etc (sleep number beds...very comfy).

I checked in many times during peak check in and found the desk well staffed and able to check people in quickly. You can't say that about a lot of hotels. My room was a very clean and spacious suite both times this month (and I can't really think of a time when it wasn't in the past).

I was also here during the time when the water was out from midnight to 6am (mentioned in another post) and I know for a fact that this was a city problem (broken water main). My clients company is near by and the third shift was w/o water as well. For what its worth I've been staying here a long time and have seen consistent quality at this Hotel. I love the staff (know more than a few personally) and recomend it.

Beware -- do not stay here if you want running water. Stayed at Radisson Huntsville Suites in April for business. Arrived at the hotel around midnight to find that the water was not running. The front desk staff promised that it would be back on in 30 minutes. 1 hour passed, then 2 hours... the water wasn't on until 6:30AM. The place is a dump, with stains on the sheets, furniture, carpets, drapes and all of the other unfortunate furnishings. Do not stay here, unless you're ready to pack in your water.

Spacious super clean rooms with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (Sleep number bed...wow!!!). This "Doll House" is the most beautiful hotel hands down in the Huntsville area. the service was impecable and the manager and staff got to know us by name and really took care of our family during an extended visit to huntsville. Have been back 4 times and have always had a pleasent stay. I highly recomend this hotel.

The toilet in my room had black and white flacks on it. I couldn't use the telephone. The beds were stripped, but housekeeping didn't finish the room and I needed to lie down. The staff was useless. They were remodeling while guest were still in the rooms. Housekeeping was rude. My rooms were on the 1st and 2nd floor, I don't know how the guest on the 3rd floor was treated. The staff couldn't make decisions without the general manager.
