Spacious super clean rooms with the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in (Sleep number bed...wow!!!). This "Doll House" is the most beautiful hotel hands down in the Huntsville area. the service was impecable and the manager and staff got to know us by name and really took care of our family during an extended visit to huntsville. Have been back 4 times and have always had a pleasent stay. I highly recomend this hotel.

The toilet in my room had black and white flacks on it. I couldn't use the telephone. The beds were stripped, but housekeeping didn't finish the room and I needed to lie down. The staff was useless. They were remodeling while guest were still in the rooms. Housekeeping was rude. My rooms were on the 1st and 2nd floor, I don't know how the guest on the 3rd floor was treated. The staff couldn't make decisions without the general manager.

Our family stayed there, set up and paid for by a prospective employer. The first room they gave us had a toilet that was dirty. When we changed rooms, they gave us the one next door (which was not very comforting, assuming it was cleaned by the same person). There were no fitted sheets on the beds. A flat sheet had been used for you to lie down on, but it didn't go all the way to the edge of the mattress, so your pillow was lying on the exposed mattress. The mattress cover was an old one that did not cover the mattress and was lumpy in the middle. It was like camping.

My son's team and families stayed 3 nights for a sporting event in town, it was a host hotel. The staff was busy with complaints. Several reservations from our team and others staying there were meesed up.
They ran out of towels. Little service in the resturant. The police were called one evening to question a man who was not a hotel guest for harrassing some boys. The bar is nice with a big screen TV just off the lobby, but one night a porn movie was playing. need I go on?
