I am not even going to try and sugar coat this review. This place is a dump. I have stayed here on many occasions over the years and it has steadly gone downhill. Where do I begin? I'll make it short. Unprofessional service at check in. My room was not clean....and I mean... had not been cleaned. Does not help when the toilet still had solid waste in it from the previous occupants. Anyway, the next room they gave me had the same issues (minus the toilet problem). Really dont know what the big deal is with the Sleepnumber mattress. They should concentrate on making the rooms cleaner. The exercise room is a joke. The weight machine is unusable. OK, I'll give the Radisson one cudo....the free breakfast was not too bad. About the same as all the other free breakfasts you have ever had. In summary, stay at the Hampton next door or the Hilton Garden up the road which will be completed in a couple months.

I stayed at the Radission Suites for a conference in March 2008.

I found that the service at this hotel was excellent and attentive. The breakfast buffet was average, but I've had worse!

The rooms could have been cleaner. I was grossed out by hair in the shower and on my sheets. The pillow shams that they throw on the bed have not been changed in some time.

I noticed that a previous traveller had indicated that they're was no elevator when they were there, however there was one right by my room.

This place is okay for a small town hotel, but nothing spectactuar.

Huntsville has very few options for hotels above a 3 star and every single hotel that I tried to book for a conference was full (in the area I was looking at). The Radisson was the absolute last hotel on a list of recommended hotels! I was VERY surprised at the overall niceness of the hotel.

Short & Sweet:
Parking - ok. Did the job.
Front Desk - Courteous & was assisting another lady with a special request.
Layout of hotel - It's shaped like a square and my room was on the opposite end of the front desk and so I had to walk FOREVER in my heels. Elevators are in front only. Only issue I had was the 5 minute walk to my room.
Room - clean, spacious, tv's in both living area and bedroom. Bathroom was nice with great water pressure. Sleep number bed was GREAT. I couldn't sleep cause it was too soft and in a REGULAR hotel you'd have to suck it up. Well I made my "side" firmer and I was out like a light. :D

The Radisson is nice and I'm VERY pleased with the hotel. The room service prices were reasonable but this IS just Huntsville.
