Stayed two nights on business. My meeting was held in the hotel. It's an older hotel, across an access street from the city's main mall. Front desk staff was accommodating.
The top (5th floor) is their "special/higher cost" floor, and no room was available on 4th when I asked, so stayed in a two bedded room on 3rd floor. Four large pillows provided per bed, abit of an overkill. Good cable TV channel list. Room had a VERY small closet adjacent to entry door, so iron and ironing board hard to get to. Room walls about ready for a repainting. Coffee maker with single cup portions provided, along with a small microwave and frig. Below window air conditioner provided, so could set fan to drown out some noise. Nothing else of note in room.
My hallway was having its wallpaper replaced, so was in abit of disrepair. Workers came down hallway talking loudly at 0715 one morning. Hotel has a single free computer located in a very small room off the lobby. The Hoppers Lounge was adjacent to the computer room, so room was quite loud. But MC's in lounge certainly sounded interesting. Apparently, it's quite a popular local place to drink and dance, A free USA Today is provided. Has an outdoor/indoor swimming pool.
Was a good average stay. No real complaints.
