“A Really Top Class Place to Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 8, 2011

I've stayed here twice now and would not stay anywhere else in Huntsville. This is a great venue with top quality service and rooms. All suites are roomy and well catered. There is an indoor heated pool, a shoe shine, and all stays include breakfast I believe, which is well served in a great buffet with omelets and eggs cooked to order. The location is not really close to anything much, but not a big deal to be honest. Walmarts, K-Marts, shopping malls etc. are all within 2-5 minutes drive away. Plenty of parking as well, both covered and outdoors - no extra fee, you just need to get a car tag to park in the hotel grounds. Loved the big LCD TV's in both your suite living area as well as the bedroom. Can't wait to return, quite honestly!

Room Tip: There are no bad rooms!

I had an excellent week at this hotel! Everything was great from the bedding, the amenities, the staff, and the food! I would highly recommend this hotel! Having Ruths Chris on site is another positive!

I have been to this hotel twice now, two years in a row as a matter of fact. The front desk staff are very nice and accommodating to guests of the hotel as they should be.

Pros: The rooms are clean and spacious with a very reasonable price.
The morning breakfast with made to order omelettes are great. The people at Ruth's Chris, which is inside the hotel, do a wonderful job for the spread they put out. Bring a dollar for the omelette part, the rest is free and all you can eat.

Cons: The parking can be a problem if the weekend is sharing events with other large groups.
Ruth's Chris has a reputation for snubbing those not looking to their standards of what patrons they want.

We stayed at the Embassy Suites while on a long road trip. It was a nice stay. The room was smallish but clean and fit our family of six just fine. It was a quiet room with comfy beds. The breakfast was terrific although they were out of spinach for the omelets that morning.

It's a beautiful property and we'd not hesitate to stay there again.

I spent one night at the Embassy Suites on November 11th. Check in was a breeze and the lady who checked us in was very helpful, polite and professional......which I had written down her name. I was with a party of 5 adults and 5 kids. We had adjoining rooms. There was PLENTY of room for all of us. The rooms were very clean with one exception. When we pulled out the sleeper sofa for the kids to sleep on there were dirty sheets on both couches. We knew they were dirty because of chips and crumbs in the sheets. There were clean sheets in the cabinet so we just changed the sheets and it wasn't that big of a deal. Might be a good idea if the maids checked the couches or better yet if you sleep on them, pull the sheets off before you put the bed away.
The hotel is quiet and the kids loved burning off some energy in the pool. Breakfast was spot on and handy. This is an annual trip so I'm sure we will be back at the Embassy next year.

I have stayed at several different Embassy suites but I have to say this one is by far the best. From the very start I was greeted by the nicest of people, from the front dest to the van driver that loaded my things on a cart and took them to my room. The view from my room window was a large water fountain. The room was very spacious and the pull out couch was large enough for 2 people. There is a corridor that connects to the civic center in which made getting to and from so much simpler. The nightley managers reception was the best, with dark and light beer, mixed drinks and enough food we didn't go out for dinner (the meatball pasta was very tasty!) Their breakfast's are better than any resturant by far. I, along with a long line of guest waited 30 min. for the best omlet you;ve ever eaten. Well worth the wait. My husband ate their breakfast bar which he said was excellent. I have to say of all the places I have stayed throughout the years this one will stand out as my favorite.

Room Tip: They have outside parking and underground parking, I found it to be easiest to unload at front door...

I have stayed at the Huntsville Marriott, but the embassy suite is far better. The breakfast is great and the property itself is very clean. Certainly my choice as the Marriott is showing its age and need a fix up. For the dollar the Embassy is a better value
