Very popular Huntsville Mexican restuarant. Lunches are my favorite time, Chicken Quesadilla and Chalupas are favorites. Highly recommended.
This is a good quick place for Tex- Mex. Walk up to order and before you can get your drink and chips and select the salsas you want your buzzer is going off and your food is ready. Good covered patio.
Rosie's sets the standard for all other Mexican restaurants. And the bar is high. Service was quick and the meal was delicious.
After reading the reviews I was pleasantly surprised how unique the restaurant was as far as it's flavor of it fajitas.
My waiter Clemente took exceptional care of my needs as he presented the food items graciously. I wish we had a Rosies in North Carolina. I'll be back.
