It may have been a slow day for employees but they seemed indifferent. Entering the Center you are immediately in the gift shop - so hold onto your child! The ticket counter is difficult to navigate as both parties have to lean, the noise level is loud. Staff - those uniforms identify you - acknowledge the child! The only rides available for 8 years and younger is outside - in all types of weather. It is a seated elevator style ride plus a small playground similar to fast food places. At rock climbing wall, staff kept yelling not to touch the line rope, go here, do this. Lunch was awful, dirty tables. Food was cold pizza curled up on itself, three staff who preferred to talk to each other. Bathrooms were dirty. The saving day for my 5 year old were two staff members at the outside play area - they talked with him, let him ride and made him feel like a big kid. The staff were freezing - no heat for them but they were more than friendly. First, go to the Center behind the rockets - it grabs attention, then go to the outside area, then the entrance building. Reverse the course you are told to do. I can't believe that this is the same place I went to last year - totally different experience.
