We love dining at Gianmarco's and wished we lived closer & that we remembered to make reservations farther in advance since it is so popular. The food is always authentic Italian and they have an outstanding wine list which is reasonably priced. I agree with other Trip Advisor contributors about service being an issue. Typically, service is only an issue because the restaurant is so busy, it keeps the waiters hopping. However, for the first time, we had Amy as our waitress and almost from the git-go, we wished we could have in another person's section. She was extremely rude and throughout our dinner acted and said things which were inappropriate and not at all customer oriented. If the food wasn't so great, then I would say avoid Gianmarco's because of her. One other comment, I've never heard of charging extra when you have a drink on the rock's, but they charge $1 extra for the rocks....unbelievable...never experienced this even in the finest or cheapest restaurants anywhere in the world!
