2003 was our first year visiting the Beach Club. We had such a good time we went back again this year for not 7 days but 10. Our condo was in terrible condition. It was dirty as though the cleaning crew skipped through. I had to call first night for someone to come and reclean. The walls were really scuffed up and the furniture was mismatched and dirty. The area rug was dirty with dried food in it. Nothing worked in condo. Refrigerator did not cool. None of the three hair dryers worked, the batteries in the remotes were dead, we had to call for light bulbs, a dust pan and new mop because the old one was sour. I called the office several times during our stay to get help. I kept going up the ladder and could not get help. I finally sent email through my laptop! Managment did not respond. On our sixth day we were offered a ground floor unit (we were on fifth floor for ocean view) next to the garbage room. Spent so much time with the maintenance man, we fed him dinner. I was really disappointed. When I got back, I sent customer comment card through their website. Got no response. For the money we were paying, we should have gotten better service. Be careful about the condos they show on their website. They do not all look like that. Apparently, they are owned by different owners and rented through different agencies. My beef was that I rented through The Beach Club's office and expected Beach Club service since I was paying Beach Club prices. Oh by the way.. they may have tried to call while I was there but hey the phone didn't work and I could not get voice mail....
