“Friendly and clean”

Very friendly staff brandy,.chenise, Katie Lisa ,Joe. Room was clean nonsmoking with refrigerator and microwave, nee TV all clean bathroom carpet needs vlesning but ok. Breakfast.was good love the waffle lobby bathroom was nasty and some broke tiles in lobby. But loving, nice place will stay again

“Convenient Place for Birmingham”

We stayed here while attending the BBVA Compass Bowl. I used Reward points, so "the price was right".
Customer service was very good. The people at the desk were friendly and polite. Each made you feel like you were a welcomed guest. The bed was comfortable and I go a great nights sleep. Breakfast selection was limited, but it was in line with the "continental breakfast" that you see at many similar hotels. There was a great choice of places to eat nearby, so that was also a plus. The room was fairly clean.
Cons. The door to our room wouldn't close on its on due to the carpet. You had to make sure you shut it behind you, or it would remain open. The bathroom counter was constructed in a way that the toilet lid would not stay up, unless you held it up while you did your business.
I would stay here again if I was passing through.
