This feeding trough-I mean restaurant, is a good option only if you have NO other option. This place caters mostly to the locals in a remote area of Etowah County. Tourists traveling off the beaten path for good country cooking will be dissapointed. I have been a few times throughout the years just because it is there. The food is very low quality. Iceberg ettuce on the salad bar is ALWAYS brown (why?). Once, the large pot of pinto beans on the buffet tasted sour because the batch must have been cooled and reheated so many times. What needs to be thrown out is instead served to their customers (no thanks!). These owners are in it for every penny buying the cheapest, lowest quality food to serve to you (over and over). Where is their pride?
