It was my sister and I and her 3 children. I walked in late at night very tired and was checked in promptly. The beds were soft and comfortable. The linens were very nice and the room was clean. I loved the set up of the room and the kids though the pull out sofa was "cool". Every staff member was pleasant, courteous, and friendly. The breakfast was one of the best. We had eggs, bacon, muffins, and WAFFLES that were the best ever. I think we had more fun at this hotel than we did sight seeing... almost :)

I will definately stay at this hotel again. The staff were exceptional.

The only negative: We were looking forward to swimming in the heated pool and hot tub but the pool was very cold and the hot tub was shut down for chemical treatment. The pool room smelled very heavily of chlorine and the floor was slippery, too dangerous for the children.

We booked two rooms with queen beds. We were assigned one room with queens and one room with a king. We were told all other rooms were booked even though we had reserved these rooms weeks ago. The room with the king bed smelled very badly of smoke (despite the fact that this hotel claims to be smoke free). We had children with us who could not even go in the room without getting sick. We had to put all the children together in the room with the queen beds for the night. We were given a very small discount on the rate of the room with the king bed for our inconvienence. We will NOT stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay. Nice location near food and shopping. Just north of downtown. The rooms are mint with fridge and microwave. Business support ed with wireless and lobby computers. The breakfast was good but boring, waffles and sysco. Good staff. I do hate the new drapes with only sheers in the middle. The houses in the area are run down looking, but the area is obviously improving and is safe.

We stayed in a room with a king-sized bed. I was pleasantly suprised by the room decor, which was modern with a 50s flair.

Breakfast was very good, and included hot items such as waffles and biscuits and gravy.

The only odd thing was that the towel rack was IN the shower and low enough that if we hadn't taken the towels out before we turned on the water, they would have been soaked.

Overall though, it was a great place to stay while we were on the road. It was close to several restaurants (O'Charley's, Outback Steakhouse, Waffle House, and Burger King) and was very close to the highway.
