Front desk staff was friendly enough. Parking is VERY tight and limited here. The bed squeaked and you can tell the mattresses are ancient. Instead of upgrading to new beds, they put foam mattress toppers on the bed. They also still use those old hideous floral bed spreads. The tv was old but it worked well enough. The a/c unit worked for the most part but probably could use a filter cleaning as it had a musty smell to it.
If you stay on the 2nd floor, beware that the stairs are apparently the lunch area for the housekeepers. Left the room one day and there were about 5 housekeepers staggered up and down the stairs, and were pretty Unwilling to move out of the guests' way. Overall the place wasn't all that bad for the price I paid and the purpose it served. It not like I was on vacation. I would look elsewhere next time due to the VERY tight parking though. Its bad.
