Not having had sushi since moving to Dothan, we decided to take a leap of faith. We arrived at the peak of dinner ours and were startled to see 2 people inside. Hmm. We started wit Edamame and I wanted Age Tofu, but they do not carry this staple in most sushi joins. The soybeans arrived piping hot with the pefect among of course grain salt, a wonderful pre-nosh. There is a listing of rolls and sushi along with the pencils to check off your order, ours consisting of California, Dynamite, Vegas and Volcano rolls, salmon and crab sushi and a wonderful side order of cucumber, pickled and ice cold, a great snack. The order arrived quickly and was artfully presented. Non descript sushi. The soy container was empty. The salmon was warm and one day passed prime. The meal was finished with a large bowl of green tea ice cream. Tasting rather commercial, i was creamy and loaded with tea flakes, a great suprise. A good sushi dinner, but it is the small, overlooked items that can make or break this typ of meal. Unfortunately it broke this one.
