If it is Taj it has to be great. Surely it was. I was apprehensive when my wife and her friend decided to dine Chinese at Chinioiserie because no matter how grand Taj is it always was not so popular about the food thing, be it any sort of party, wedding or fine dining. Well, this came out to be false and sure it won our hearts. Of course the rates (For four of us the bill came to around 4200 which included 2 soft drinks too) were that of the standards of Taj but it was sure what we were craving for. Seeing the other places to dine in the city the rates were simply reasonable.
Capped by excellent service and cleanliness and superb ambience it served us the freshest things we would have ever imagined. Made me remember the movie Ratatouille where at the end the critic is reminded of his home back when he was just a kid smelling farm-fresh. Same here also we experienced the same thing.
For starters we ordered Onion Pancake and American Corn. Onion Pancake was a thing which we had never experienced before. Simply tasted fresh and amazing. Would suggest a must try specially for this one. For the main course we took Burnt Garlic n Spring Onion Fried Rice, 3 flavoured noodles and Devil's Choice. We all liked the Rice and Devil's Choice the most. My personal favourite here was the rice. Deliciously made it really was heart-filling.
We really savoured our decision and enjoyed the evening. Simply wowed by the service too. Must and highly recommended for Chinese taste freaks.
