This was not a very comfortable experience this time in this hotel. The location of this hotel is not bad. Hotel rooms are rather small and not very lively. Insufficient light, interior is depressing. It seems they tried to make this hotel as comfortable to the guests as possible but lacked the professional approach both in the set-up and the management. The staffs are too good but not trained enough. The wi fi in the room is not working. Their excuse was that the IT engineer works only at day so the wi fi is off at night. The hot water is not available at night. I wanted a double bed room but got a special size bed which seemed less than a standard queen (?). Since I was with my wife, I asked for two keys which was refused courteously saying that their engineer or the management cannot control the loss of such extra keys. Hence no keys. In the room there was supplies for one person only, even the tooth brush. When asked they did supply us everything but I wanted to know why it was not given automatically. Their answer was that was the policy of the hotel.

It is different story in their only restaurant. The food, the display and the variety of the buffet, their chef and their staff all are of the best quality. I think the staff everywhere in this hotel is excellent. You can make magic with these bunch of excellent staff.

Stayed here for a night over a business trip.....the place was suggested by the client as my stay with the existing hotel could not be extended further..... did not regret it at all..... Centrally located and very close to Park Street... the rooms are quite big, modern and stylish as the hotel has opened very recently..... their breakfast has a decent spread and the quality of food is also good....the swimming pool in the hotel is a delight considering the hot and humid climate of Kolkata during summers and monsoons.....must say an excellent five star hotel at the rate of four star!

Close to the city centre with easy checkin and lovely food comes complimentary with spacious room and right price. Only thing if need to be aware about fluctuating one way traffic rules while approaching hotel as even for 50 meters, we may need a turn of a kilometer.

This was a very good hotel. We went in the month of may. The food was very good. The location of the hotel is also very near to the shopping crazy family of mine. It has all the amenities we wanted. The room was spacious and clean. The room service was very Prompt ( Something which is a problem in many Hotels). There was no Foul smell in the room. We really Liked it.
