Located well so travel to various parts of the city is easy; transport provided by the hotel is expensive though. The suite is good but the rooms are small; the staff is poorly trained and unprofessional though friendly and the service is inadequate. Its overpriced because its possible to stay in nearby 4 and 5 star hotels for less.. Hotel Hindustan International for example.
The regional bengali food is excellent but the restauraunt is really shabby and has a depressing decor and an over ambitious menu.
Overall an average, overpriced hotel without any strong points.
